I’m Morgan, and I build better ways to learn.
I design learning experiences that help people do difficult things with confidence. Over the past decade, I've built AI-powered learning tools, instructional frameworks, district programs, and statewide educational initiatives by asking one question: How can we make learning more engaging, more effective, and more human? Whether I'm working with a single student or designing a product for thousands of learners, my goal remains the same: create experiences that people genuinely want to come back to.

My Design Philosophy
Great learning experiences aren't discovered.
They are designed, tested, refined, and rebuilt.
Start with Curiosity
Before designing a solution, I seek to understand how people learn, where they struggle, and what motivates them to keep going.
Build Intentionally
Every interaction should have a purpose. I combine learning science, instructional design, AI, and thoughtful product design to create experiences that build confidence through meaningful practice.
Learn from the Learners
The work isn't finished when a product launches. I continuously measure outcomes, gather feedback, and refine the experience because the best educational products evolve alongside the people who use them.
In Their Words
I came home and told my parents, 'I have an amazing new English teacher! You have to meet her!' For the first time, I wasn't afraid to try speaking English."

Whenever I want to learn about AI in education, Morgan is the person I ask. She's always experimenting with new ideas, and somehow she's already tested the tool I'm just hearing about."

Morgan, your brain just works differently than the rest of us. I've never seen another teacher put so much thought and planning into a lesson."
